J&K GOVERNMENT RESHUFFLES IAS OFFICERS

The Jammu and Kashmir government reshuffled IAS Officers.Syed Abid Rashid Shah, IAS (JK:2012), Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, shall also hold the charge of the post of CEO, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for Srinagar City for implementation of the Smart City Project, under the Smart City Mission. Shahid Anayatullah, IAS (JK:2000), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, shall also hold the charge of the post of Financial Commissioner, Revenue. Satesh Razdan, DevelopmentCommissioner (Works), shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Economic Reconstruction Agency, J&K.G.A. Sofi, Secretary (Technical) in the Transport Department, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Horticulture, Produce, Marketing and Processing Corporation, vice Syed Abul Qasim, who is repatriated to his parent organization.

Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, IAS (JK:1993), Principal Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, relieving Saugat Biswas, IAS (JK:2006), Transport Commissioner, J&K of the additional charge of the post. Farooq Ahmad Lone, IAS (JK:2009), Chief Executive Officer, Economic Reconstruction Agency, J&K, holding additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, SPV, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department. Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS (JK:2010), awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, is posted as Director, Area Planning and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, against an available vacancy. D Sagar Dattatray, IAS (JK:2014), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Special Officer in the Cell for Monitoring Flagship Programmes and Mega Projects. Owais Ahmed, IAS(JK:2014), Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, under orders of transfer as Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, vice Showkat Aijaz Bhat, KAS.
