RAJEEV SHARMA,CMD,REC HONORED FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS LEADERSHIP & SOCIETAL ISSUES BY NDIM

New Delhi: Rajeev Sharma, CMD, REC, has been honoured by New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) for his leadership and for contributing immensely to the societal issues. He was awarded based on research done by its students and Faculty into the CSR spends of various PSUs.

The award was accepted by Vinod Behari, ED (HR/CC), REC at a ceremony held at Siri Fort auditorium on 14 February 2014, in the presence of esteemed dignitaries.  REC has been awarded for Rural industry promotion, education-providing grant in aid assistance to schools, supply to study materials, health- organizing health check-up camps, immunization programs, health awareness programs, promotion of sports, adoption and maintenance of public places.

The award ceremony was attended by more than 2000 national and international delegates, civil servants and Judicial Officers, the teaching fraternity and students across Delhi and NCR colleges. The CMD REC gave a call to the young MBA students to join him in serving the country in more than one way
